How long does a roof replacement take?

Most residential roof replacements are completed in one to two days. We perform a clean tear-off, inspect and repair decking, install underlayment and ice-and-water shield, and install new shingles to manufacturer specs.

What roofing materials do you install?

We primarily install Malarkey asphalt shingles, including their Emerald Premium line designed for the Pacific Northwest climate. We'll walk you through material options during your free estimate.

Do you offer roofing warranties?

Yes. We offer workmanship warranties on all installations. Malarkey products also carry strong manufacturer warranties.
